PURPOSE:
========

The control over the mp3id3 tag in mp3 files !

The mp3id3 tag supports mp3 files with extra data:
	artist
	album
	title
	year
	genre
	comment

The mp3id3 tag is appended to the mp3 files (128 bytes i guess).

The oroginal tag routines are taken
from SMF aka Antoine Laydier (laydier@usa.net) (Project: kmp3te-0.8):
	tag.h
	tag.cc
